美国百琞律师事务所（Bayes PLLC）创始人，管理合伙人

宋嘉瑜（Mandy Song），清华大学电机系1999级（9字班）本科校友，杜克大学生物医学工程硕士、电子工程博士，现任美国百琞律所（Bayes PLLC）管理合伙人。作为深耕美国知识产权领域近二十年的华人律师，她带领团队服务了数百家跨越中美的科技企业，帮助无数创新者在国际舞台上保护自己的成果。她是清华企业家协会（TEEC）会员、将任美东分会副主席，多年来积极搭建中美科技与创业社群的桥梁，Mandy经常受邀在各种会议上分享中美争议解决经验，比如哈佛法学院的中美法律论坛，她也曾担任乔治华盛顿大学法学院客座教授。工作之外，她是两个孩子的妈妈——在她看来，无论是带领律所、服务校友社群，还是养育孩子，都是很好的领导力训练场。

Dr. Mandy Song is a 1999 alumna of Tsinghua University's Department of Electrical Engineering, holding an M.S. in biomedical engineering and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Duke University. She is the Managing Partner of Bayes PLLC, where she has spent nearly two decades helping hundreds of technology companies protect their innovations across the U.S. and China. A member of the Tsinghua Entrepreneur & Executive Club (TEEC) and incoming Vice President of its East Coast Chapter, she has long been a bridge-builder for the U.S.-China tech and entrepreneurship community. Mandy is a frequent invited speaker on U.S.-China dispute resolution at various conferences, including the U.S.-China Legal Forum at Harvard Law School, and has served as an adjunct professor at GWU Law School. Outside of work, she is a mother of two — and to her, leading a law firm, serving an alumni community, and raising children are all great training grounds for leadership.
